Purpose
This QA plan defines how Maqsafy should be validated across functional, security, integration, and operational areas.
QA Objectives
- Verify that user roles can only access authorized features.
- Verify scope/account isolation across schools, suppliers, operators, parents, and students. Maqsafy is not treated as a SaaS tenant model for this QA plan.
- Verify order, wallet, payment, and credential workflows.
- Verify backup, restore, monitoring, and incident readiness.
- Track evidence for all critical test cases.
- Track defects and open testing risks.
